Tamansari is a product brand brand of WIKA Realty, the subsidiary brand of WIKA Group, which focuses more on realty and property. Since 1985, Tamansari have expanded to nearly 30 brand properties across the nation. We helped Tamansari to rediscover itself; created a new Master Brand position that will lead all its property brands, and envision its vision as A Nation’s Pride.

Challenge

Waykambas was assigned to help fix the blunt, scattered and disorganized the branding of Tamansari. Based on Tamansari’s growth plans and our insight, Waykambas assisted WIKA Realty to envision the future. We advised them on how they should evolve - capitalize upon their perceived strengths and build clarity on market positioning.

Solution

After a comprehensive strategic review of Tamansari, we decided to reconstruct Tamansari from ground zero to build a strong master brand platform in a comprehensive guidelines book.

With the right brand architecture and nomenclature system, new brand essence, brand values and tagline – A Nation’s Pride, the new transformation have surely brought huge impacts and clarity in its market positioning. And while they keep moving forward, the new identity continues to convey its philosophy - living harmoniously while keep strengthening its brand equity in the real estate industry.
